Ear Nose Throat Doctor in Greenwich, CT

Steven Bramwit, MD

Dr. Bramwit was born in Colorado. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania  where he graduated with highest honors. Dr. Bramwit then went to medical school at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He stayed at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center to complete two years of training in General Surgery and four years of training in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Head and Neck Surgery. During his years at Columbia, Dr. Bramwit received numerous awards and honors including the Cornelius Coakley Award for outstanding work in Otolaryngology.

Dr. Bramwit has done research in nasal and paranasal sinus physiology, speech and swallowing disorders, nerve regeneration, and thyroid and salivary gland pathology. He has presented his research at numerous national and international meetings.


During his residency, he served on the staff of both the Columbia Presbyterian and Weill Cornell sites of New York Presbyterian Hospital (the University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell). He has also served at t he St. Lukes/Roosevelt Hospital and as a fellow at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on the Head and Neck Oncology Service.


Dr. Bramwit is board certified in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Head and Neck Surgery. He is on the staff of Stamford Hospital and Greenwich Hospital .

Stephen J. Salzer, MD

Dr. Salzer was born in New York. He graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with both General and Departmental Honors and went on to medical school at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His general surgery internship, Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) - Head and Neck Surgery residency, and Chief Residency were completed at Yale University where his training included traditional, endoscopic and laser surgical techniques. Dr. Salzer continued his studies at The Laennec Hospital in Paris, one of the world's leading centers for head and neck oncology, where he did additional training in the areas of laryngeal and thyroid surgery.
Dr. Salzer has published numerous articles and book chapters on topics including nasal and sinus surgery, head and neck oncology, phonosurgery (surgery for voice disorders), and hearing physiology. He has presented his research and lectured both in the United States and abroad. He is the recipient of numerous awards for academic achievement, research and surgical technique.

Dr. Salzer is board certified in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Head and Neck Surgery. He is on the staff of Greenwich Hospital and Stamford Hospital and previously was an Instructor in Surgery at Yale where he taught and supervised residents in the Pediatric Head and Neck Surgery Clinic.

Michelle S. Marrinan, MD

Dr. Marrinan was born in New York. She graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor of arts degree. She received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she graduated with honors including induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. After her general surgery internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Dr. Marrinan completed four years of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck surgery training at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She then spent two additional years of fellowship training in advanced ear surgery at New York University.
Dr. Marrinan has published numerous articles and book chapters on topics including chronic ear disease, cochlear implants and acoustic neuroma surgery. She has presented her research at various meetings throughout the country.

Dr. Marrinan is board certified in Otolaryngology (Ear Nose and Throat) and Head and Neck Surgery and has received additional board certification in Neurotology (advanced ear disease). She is on the staff of Greenwich Hospital and Stamford Hospital.

  Elise Cheng, MD

Dr. Cheng was born in New York and grew up in Greenwich, CT. She graduated from Brown University with a bachelor of science with honors. Dr. Cheng received her medical degree from Stony Brook University, completing an additional year of research during medical school at the National Institutes of Health. She then went on to residency training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in the department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. 


During her training she has done research in neural regeneration and cochlear implants and published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. She has presented her work at several national meetings.


Dr. Cheng is board certified in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Head and Neck Surgery. She is on the staff of Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, CT. Stamford Hospital in Stamford, CT and Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, CT


 Perry Lerner, AuD, FAAA

 Perry Lerner, Au.D., FAAA specializes in the diagnosis of hearing loss and vestibular disorders in both adult and pediatric patients. His advanced training includes: Balance Disorders, Oto-neuro diagnostics and Tinnitus therapies. Dr. Lerner is also an expert in the fitting of advanced digital hearing instruments.


Perry Lerner, Au.D., FAAA graduated with high honors from the City University of New York with a Bachelors degree in Speech and Hearing science and a Masters degree in Audiology. He received his Doctoral degree in Oto-Neuroscience from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry and Audiology. 

Perry Lerner, Au.D., FAAA is board certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology, and a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech and Hearing Association and The Academy of Dispensing Audiologists. He is also licensed to practice in NY and CT.


Josh Jablonski, Au.D., CCC-A

Joshua Jablonski, Au.D, CCC-A graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors degree in Cognitive Science and a Minor  in Linguistics. He received his Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Cincinnati.


Joshua Jablonski, Au.D., CCC-A is certified in New York State's Education Department & Connecticut's Health Department, as well as ASHA CCC. His lifelong passion for music stems from manipulating frequencies to create a periodic, tonal variations as a way to bridge a fascination of science & Western Music.
